If an ionizer you have purchased from this site has been damaged or become faulty during standard use, please contact us with the adjoining warranty claim form or send a direct email to support@avivawater.co.uk.

To help us process your warranty claim, please provide plenty of detail about the problem faced. Where it is relevant, please attach one or more images showing any damage or faults.

To start off the warranty claim process, please fill out the adjoining form with as much detail as possible. We will then review all of the information sent to us and confirm the nature and likely cause of the specified problem.

If we are unable to confirm the type of issue from the information provided we may need to get in contact for further details. Therefore, to get our fastest service, please support your claim with images and videos where they are relevant.

Once the claim has been processed and the issue is confirmed our support team will get in touch to let you know how the problem will be resolved and the steps you'll need to follow to make that possible.
