Should your ionizer require repair work during the warranty period (this is deemed to begin on the date of dispatch) please contact us to arrange for your unit to be returned.

The warranty includes all parts and labour charges for mechanical faults incurred through normal use. Please note that the warranty EXCLUDES any faults arising from limescale build up in the ionizer and failure to replace filters as required and shipping costs to send the unit to our service centre. In the event that your ionizer develops a fault as a result of limescale or excess water pressure we are happy to service your unit for a nominal cost. Please see our Ionizer Servicing and Repair page for information on our descaling service.
