This carbon only, replacement filter for your Jupiter ioniser has been specifically designed for use in the UK.
As many of our customers are aware, living in London or other hard water areas, any scale build up within your ioniser needs to be managed carefully to ensure the long term effectiveness of your ioniser.
Aviva has specifically created a carbon only filter for this reason. The traditional Biostone filters contain calcium and other mediums to improve filtration, however by adding additional calcium you are contributing to the propensity for lime scale to build up. This filter contains activated carbon and high quality silver activated carbon to efficiently remove the majority of unwanted chemicals found in our mains tap water.
We can therefore highly recommend this alternative which is available at a fraction of the cost of the biostone filter.
