Should your ioniser require repair work during the warranty period (this is deemed to begin on the date of dispatch) please contact us to arrange for your unit to be returned.
The 2 year warranty, includes all parts and labour charges for mechanical faults incurred. Please note that the warranty EXCLUDES any faults arising from limescale build up in the ioniser and any shipping costs. In the event that your ioniser develops a fault as a result of limescale we are happy to service your unit for a nominal cost. Please contact us for details of how you can minimize the risk of limescale if you live in a hard water area.
